We have been providing this service for many years to customers in various industries, including Tier 1 and 2 automotive customers.

We will provide your company with a Quality Liaison at your customer's facility to provide engineering and quality support. Our liaison will be your voice at your customer's location. We can provide your company a QRE in almost any location in the United States. All the hassles of hiring and managing an employee that is not located at your facility are taken care of by us. We can provide your company with either a full-time or part-time person, depending on your needs.

Our QRE's are knowledgeable in the automotive industry and supported by an engineering staff enabling them to fully investigate all issues and provide analysis and rapid resolution of underlying cause for non-conforming parts.

Simply put: having an onsite quality engineer in support of your products can reduce your PPM levels.  Also, QRE support can keep or get you out of containment faster, and that saves you time and money.
