Update 12-29-08:
I have not had time to update this website since December 2005; however, I
do plan on updating it in the near future. Please send money so that I can
retire. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find that long, lost, rich
relative. However, I have still been doing a little research when I get a
chance. Please sign my Guestbook or send me an email if you found this
site useful or if you want to discuss any of our relatives, etc. I am
always in search of new information. Please be sure and let me know if you
spot any errors I have in the documentation.
The JUSTICE family tree is in need of correction prior to Lafayette Justice.
This was the first surname I started my genealogy research with. I copied
a lot of the Justice information from other internet sites and took it for
granted the information was correct. Big mistake!! because some of it is
in error. From then on I have been a stickler about making sure I have
documentation to back up my data. The rest of the surnames should contain
fairly accurate information. Most of my research sites the sources of my
information.
I have included documentation, photos, etc. on many of the people. A picture is worth circa 1000 words.
I am in need of any photographs, documents, etc. that you may have pertaining to our family.
Please email me what you have or contact me by phone.
I will scan your documents for you and return them to you unharmed!
For your trouble I will put the photos on a CD along with any of the other
photo's or documents you see on this website. I can work magic on your old photo's!!
Forgive me for the lousy grammer and sentence structure used in the documents.
I am spending all of my time gathering facts! Give me a few months
and I will make the site read better!!

To see one of the greatest
aids to come along in genealogical research, please be sure and check out
http://www.arphax.com for detailed maps of all counties in 29 states.
For example, I am interested in White County, Illinois and the book I ordered
contains in fabulous detail:
238 pages, with 77 total
maps. There are 3 maps for each of the 24 Congressional townships that make up
White County. Each Township has a Patent Map, Patent Index, Road Map, and a Map
we call an Historical Map, which includes Waterways, Watercourses & Railroads.
The Road and Historical Maps also include the City-centers and cemeteries that
can be found at http://NationalAtlas.gov.
There is also a Surname/Patent Index and a Surname/Township Index to help you
dive into the right area of the County. Included Appendices identify
multi-Patentee buying groups and also list the numerous Aliquot (section) parts
you might find. This book is constructed to last with a plastic spiral binding,
acid-free paper, and a tough, laminated cover.
