     Herman Cletus Hayes was born circa 1908.1 He married Ione Madeline Hart, daughter of Elma Theodore Hart and Bertha Underwood, before 1935.2 Herman Cletus Hayes died on 21 March 1995 in Memorial Hospital, Cherokee Village, Arkansas.1

He was buried after 21 March 1995 in Hardy Ark Cemetery.1
